The implementation of an on-demand BI analytical platform involves assessing business needs, choosing the right platform, integrating and customizing data sources, testing for accuracy, training users, and ensuring ongoing support for evolving requirements and insights.

Pre-study

We agree on the scope and jointly discover the requirements for your business and BI analytics. After gathering sample data from your data sources we discover your detailed data processes and pipelines. We analyse your reporting needs and dashboards requirements as well as building hypothesis around your data and how this can be leveraged in the live environment.

Design

We design your data model, establish data loads and perform integrations. Security and governance framework is set up in line with your IT strategy. Design of the data model and structure is done based on Gold, Sliver and Bronze layers.

Implement

We enable the environment environment and set up the access for your team. The testing phase involves testing of the integrations and the data flows plus the set up of the required notification and warning systems.

Roll out

We iterate the reports with your team and modify the reports and dashboards. Here we often adapt dashboards and data models to address the new requirements. Training and enablement of your team on the platform is performed in this step.
